The Shepherd’s Center of Oakton-Vienna and the Vienna Parks and Recreation Dept. present a Health and Wellness Fair for adults over 55 years old on Saturday, April 11th from 10 am – 1 pm at the Vienna Community Center. There will be over 30 vendors offering a variety of useful information, including nutrition and food safety, personal training, blood pressure checks, physical therapy just to name a few.
